SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMBAT MEDICINE:  36 weeks - Ft. Bragg NC, focuses on advanced combat trauma medicine in austere environments. 

BASIC AIRBORNE:  3 weeks - Ft. Benning GA, focuses on basic airborne operations utilizing static-line parachutes. 

AMPHIBIOUS RECONNAISSANCE CORPSMAN (DIVING MEDICINE):  5 weeks - NDSTC Panama City FL, focuses on hyperbaric theory, treatment of diving related illness, chamber operations, inside tender responsibilities. 

MARINE COMBATANT DIVE:  7 weeks - NDSTC Panama City FL, focuses on hyperbaric theory, open and closed circuit diving. 

Training Pipeline

FIELD MEDICAL TRAINING BATTALION:  8 weeks - Camp Pendleton CA or Camp Lejeune NC, focuses on integration with the Fleet Marine Force (FMF) and field medical skills.

BASIC RECONNAISSANCE COURSE:  13 weeks - Camp Pendleton CA, focuses on ground reconnaissance, communications, patrolling, amphibious operations, and basic demolition.
